Unable to list a print job
(a) Network issue
Verify the network settings using the Celiveo utility that can be accessed by clicking the Celiveo icon in the $/Applications directory. If the settings are correct, try connecting to the network again.
(b) IP Tracking feature is off The IP Tracking feature is required to operate the Serverless Pull Printing Client on the Mac machines.
Check that the IP Tracking feature is turned on in the main Celiveo Server machine. Then, check the Serverless PullPrintingConfig.xml file entries.
